Every Secret Society piece is made to order. Please review the information below so you know what to expect after placing your order.


1. Free Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.


2. Production Time

Because every item is custom-made at the time of purchase, please allow 3–6 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after production is complete and your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Canada 7–14 business days
Europe 7–14 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.


5. International Orders & Customs

We ship to customers worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Secret Society has no control over customs processes and cannot predict associated fees or delays.

If an international order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, Secret Society is not liable for the loss of the package.


6. Shipping Delays

Secret Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@secretsociety01.com and we will do our best to assist.


7. Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before reaching out. If your package appears to be lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
