Thank you for shopping with Secret Society. Because every item in our store is made to order specifically for you, please read this policy carefully before placing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All Secret Society products are custom-made on demand at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and details carefully before completing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
How to Report a Problem
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@secretsociety01.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item as it arrived
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your submission and confirm the issue, we will arrange a free reshipment of your order. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Please note: Reports submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for a reshipment.
3. Size or Order Errors by the Customer
Since our products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for orders placed with an incorrect size or product selection. Please double-check your order before completing checkout. If you are unsure about sizing, refer to our size guide available on each product page.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins immediately after purchase. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Secret Society is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Filing a report with your local postal service
If you believe your package was lost in transit (never marked as delivered), please contact us at support@secretsociety01.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Shipping Delays
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Orders within the United States typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production. International orders may take longer due to customs processing and carrier schedules.
Secret Society is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
International customers: Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. Secret Society is not liable for these charges.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at support@secretsociety01.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.
